Uycast respects the intellectual property rights of podcasters, musicians, publishers, and other creators. Upload or publish only material you own or are authorized to use.

2. Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe content on Uycast infringes your copyright, submit a report through our Contact page and select Copyright / Takedown. Please provide:

Your full name and a reliable contact email.
Identification of the copyrighted work.
The exact Uycast URL of the allegedly infringing material.
A description of why the use is unauthorized.
A statement that your report is accurate and made in good faith.
Confirmation that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

We may request further information to verify a report. Do not submit sensitive identification documents unless specifically and securely requested.

3. Review and action

We review sufficiently detailed notices and may disable access to reported material where appropriate. We may inform the uploader and provide an opportunity to respond or appeal, subject to applicable law.

4. Counter-notices and disputes

If your content was removed in error, contact us with the affected URL, your explanation, and evidence of your rights or lawful use. We assess disputes under applicable law. Sending knowingly false allegations may have legal consequences.

5. DMCA and European law

We accept copyright complaints, including notices referring to the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), where applicable. Uycast operates in the Netherlands; EU and Dutch copyright rules also apply. This page does not represent a claim that Uycast has designated a US DMCA agent.

6. Repeat infringement

Where appropriate and legally permissible, we may restrict accounts associated with repeated substantiated copyright violations.
